This year, no fewer than 35 Two Oceans Marathon runners chose to add to their achievement by raising funds for Operation Smile. Together, they raised an incredible R125 000 towards much needed cleft surgery.
26 Miles for 26 Smiles is a fundraising campaign initiated by Lisa Pellet, who together with 14 others, ran the Cape Town Marathon to raise funds for Operation Smile.
Jenni, Graham, and Hayden Rowe have raised nearly R55 000 for cleft surgery through KY-ND – an initiative they launched in memory of their son and brother, Ky, who tragically passed away on 9 August 2022.
Bob Bolus has walked a total of 670km along the Western Cape coastline to help more children born with cleft smile with confidence, through our Operation Smile surgical programme.
